John Albrecht Sr, third generation owner of Thrift-Way, built and drives this '85 Monte Carlo. After numerous successful seasons in Super Pro, John has decided to switch to the newly populated 8.50 index class.

This is John Albrecht Jr's '81 Chevy Malibu. Jr, a successful bracket racer in the footbrake class ranks, has been racing this car since 2002. This winter, the Malibu will be receiving a fresh coat of blue paint. 

Joe Albrecht, the youngest son of John Sr, runs this Atomic Orange '71 Nova in local footbrake classes like his older brother John. Aside from racing, this car sees a lot of street action as well. Much like our other vehicles, this car was also built right here at Thrift-Way.
